Job Description

Are you a service-oriented and structured person with an interest in vehicles and customer contact? We are now looking for an engaged service advisor for our client in the automotive industry in Ängelholm!

As a service advisor, you will be the company's face to the outside world and play a key role in the customer experience. You will be responsible for welcoming customers, managing bookings, and providing professional advice on services and repairs. By coordinating the work between customers and workshop staff, you ensure a smooth and efficient service process. You will receive and assist customers during the drop-off and pick-up of vehicles, manage appointments, and administer in the business system. Furthermore, you will provide advice on service and repairs and coordinate with technicians and workshop staff to ensure efficient handling of tasks. You will also be responsible for payments and invoicing while contributing to a high level of service and customer satisfaction.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with experience in customer service, preferably within the automotive industry or workshop environment. You are service-oriented, solution-focused, and have a positive attitude. To succeed in this role, you need to have good administrative skills and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. You are a skilled communicator who enjoys working in a team and have good computer skills as well as experience with business systems. A valid driver's license (B) is required.
